Mintsoft is a UK warehouse management and fulfilment platform used by 3PLs and brands. Order Editing works with Mintsoft so your warehouse only fulfils the final, edited order. It's one of the easiest setups, because Mintsoft handles partial payments correctly on its own.
Order Editing works with Mintsoft through delayed payment capture, and Mintsoft uniquely respects partial-paid status on its own. When a customer adds items to their order, the order becomes partially paid and Mintsoft automatically pauses it. When the customer completes the outstanding payment, the order returns to paid and Mintsoft resumes fulfilment. No hold, tag, or Shopify Flow setup is needed.
1. In Mintsoft, go to Settings, then Warehouse User Accounts or Client User Accounts.
2. Find your user, click Actions, then Set API Key to Never Expire.
3. Copy the API key.
💡 Tip: If you can't see the API Key column on the accounts page, add it from the Column Visibility dropdown. A never-expiring key is the most reliable option, but you can also connect with a username and password and Order Editing will refresh the connection automatically.
1. In Order Editing, go to Integrations > Mintsoft and turn on Use Mintsoft integration.
2. On the API Key (Recommended) tab, paste your key into Mintsoft API Secret and click Connect.
3. Click Check Status to confirm the connection is healthy.
1. In Mintsoft, open your Shopify connection and go to the Advanced tab.
2. Confirm that only paid is selected as the payment status filter.
3. Remove authorized or partially paid if either is selected.
Mintsoft can report unhealthy if there are no orders in the account at the time of the check. Try again once you have a real order in the system.
Open your Shopify connection in Mintsoft, go to the Advanced tab, and confirm only paid is selected as the payment status filter.
If your 3PL runs Mintsoft for you, they control the API access. Ask your 3PL for the API key to connect.
No. Mintsoft pauses partially paid orders on its own, so there's no extra hold or Flow to configure. Just confirm the paid-only payment filter.
The order becomes partially paid and Mintsoft pauses it. Once the customer pays the difference, it returns to paid and Mintsoft fulfils the final order.
