The Mix and Match Products module lets customers choose several variants from one product. Each selected variant is added as a separate item.
Use Mix and Match Products when the product is designed around variant choice.
Build-a-box offers.
Choose any 3 samples.
Multi-flavour packs.
Variant-led bundles where customers should choose their mix.
The selected product must have at least 3 variants. The module requires at least 2 customer picks and supports up to 10 picks, limited by the number of available variants.
Mix and Match Products is not available on the Free Shipping Upsell.
Open the upsell strategy you want to edit.
In the Product modules section, click Add Module.
Select Mix and Match Products.
Click Select a product and choose a product with at least 3 variants.
Set Number of picks. This is how many variants the customer chooses.
Optional: use Restrict Variants to limit which variants can be selected.
Choose the highlighted variant. It is auto-selected as the first pick.
Write Offer Text.
Click Save.

Use simple offer copy that explains the choice. For example, "Choose any 3 flavours" is clearer than a generic product discount.

Mix and Match is best when choice is the offer. It works for samples, flavors, shades, scents, and build-a-box products.
It is not a general bundle builder. If the offer needs different products, use Group of Products instead.
Keep the number of picks small. Two or three choices are easier to understand than a large custom set.
Restrict variants when some options are out of season, low margin, or not part of the offer.
Choose a product with at least 3 variants.
Check the selected variant restrictions. The number of picks can't exceed the number of eligible variants.
